Elopement FAQs

A. I am so thrilled that you are thinking of commissioning Jenni G Photography for an Elopement Session. In a simple phone consultation we will start to get to know each other. I mean, I do love to hear a great love story and your ideas for your big day. During this time we will determine if I am the right photographer for you as we go over your questions and discuss the services I offer. **This can be done by phone or text!

A. The nonrefundable retainer is due upon booking your Elopement Session. This will secure your time with me on my calendar. A payment plan for the remainder of the fee will be outlined in the contract that we agree upon. Elopements must be paid for in full before photographs are released. I accept all cash, check, and PayPal.  (with check the check must clear before images are delivered)

A. The way that I handle Elopements is that the non-refundable retainer is there to schedule and block the date off on my calendar.  That is subtracted from what you have paid upfront and the difference is refunded back to you, no questions asked.

A. 45 miles from Bangor is covered, if your locations is further or you have multiple locations that you would like to shoot at, then a travel fee is applied based on distance and time.

A. Yes, the images you and I choose to keep will be individually enhanced, assuring the highest quality. My style of edits do vary from time to time but it is at my discretion. 

A. Sneak peeks are done within 24-48 hours and posted on my business Facebook page: Jenni G Photography LLC.  In 3-4 weeks or less, your online gallery of your images will be ready for you. **USB does cost extra.

A. IF you are placing an order through me, we will schedule a viewing session so that you can pick out the art that you want on your walls, or in your Elopement album. (out of town couples would be able to use the online gallery to mark what images they would like)  Quality art takes time. Several artisans will be helping to handcraft your images. Although I begin working on your order immediately to expedite the wait – as I know you will be excited - please allow 4-8 weeks for your complete order.

A. Purchased images are archived and available for re-order for one year.**No guarantees though with technology.  I do try to make sure I have a stable back up system but there are always unexpected mishaps.  It is VERY important that you back up your photos a few different places.

A. You will receive all of your images as high resolution files, you are free to print them as you see fit. If you are interested in learning about the prints and products that I offer à la carte, we will schedule an in-person viewing and ordering appointment.

A. For personal use, photographs taken by Jenni G photography should be clearly identified. Photographs that are not watermarked can be identified with a text credit to Jenni G Photography or by tagging Jenni G Photography if on social media.

You will receive a copy of the limited print reproduction release. This gives you the right to print the files as often as needed and to use the images however you’d like for personal needs. This may include scrap-booking, personal websites, social media, gifts for family and friends, etc.

All legal commercial rights are reserved by Jenni G photography. As such, photos may not be resold in their original or altered state, nor used for third-party business purposes, including but not limited to, all forms of advertising.
